Honey from the Norfolk Lavender company is added during the brewing process. Very more-ish. Taste is light and sweet with malt and a dry finish.

FROG ISLAND NORTHAMPTON
Brewed with only a single variety of hop, 'pilot', this golden brown ale has distinct Belgian Ale characteristics. Maris otter, crystal and wheat malts give hints of biscuit and porridge !

BOX STEAM –TROWBRIDGE, WILTSHIRE –
A brewery resurrected in 2004 it uses steam boiling to avoid any charring of the hops. A seaweed derivative called 'Irish Moss'is added to remove proteins that might haze the beer. A traditional bitter, chestnut brown in colour with
a hint of cinnamon.

Using a blend of American hops the addition of ginger makes for a fruity, warming and refreshing light beer. It's flavour is medium sweet and moderately spicy. Colour straw. There is ginger on the nose but it is not overpowering.
